Refund & Service Cancellation Policy

Service Contracts: At AK Networking LLC, we strive to provide high-quality IT and networking solutions. Fees for labor and consulting services are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or on-site visits up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any pre-paid deposits. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Hardware: Any hardware or networking equipment purchased through us is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty and return policies.
